On your marks for the Kilmaurs Gala 5K

It's time to get your running shoes on and get down to Morton Park.

This year's Kilmaurs Gala 5K fun run is on Wednesday night (July 28) at 7pm, with the children's races at 6.15pm.

And for youngsters with tip-top biking breaks, Walkers Cycling are also offering a junior cycle skills competition at 6.45pm.

If you can help out on the evening, even if it's just for a short period, please speak to any member of the gala committee or contact David Mitchell on 07910 814975.

Can you tell me what the arrangements are for the Gala day this weekend ie start time etc.?as I am thinking of travelling through for it
